Description:

Handwritten three paragraph letter from Ronald
Reagan on his personal stationery to a family
friend, dated Dec. 23, 1979. Probably written with a
Flair or similar felt tip pen. It is signed
Sincerely, Ron. The writing has faded but istill
easily readable, and the letter is in perfect
condition. With certificate of authenticity from
AutographsForSale.com. Comes with the original
hand-addressed envelope (slit open at the top with a
letter opener), postmarked Dec. 24, 1979. Just over
a year later, Reagan became the 40th President of
the United States. Letters completely handwritten by
former presidents are very rare.
